Purchase tickets early to avoid disappointment! Your “All Inclusive” entry fee includes all food, wine and beverage samples offered in the tasting rooms. However, with over 200 wines available, it’s not possible to taste every wine. Please savour your wine then pour the excess or use the wine tasting spittoon buckets and rinse your glass at the tasting stations.

How does the e-ticket system work?

We are committed to making the event check-in process quick and easy! To purchase your tickets online follow the prompts, then print off your hard copy ticket or bring your mobile device with the e-ticket information displayed. The barcodes will be scanned on entry to the event.

* NOTE: Should any guests arrive at the festival intoxicated they will not be permitted entry and their ticket will be forfeited with no refund.

We suggest smart business or casual dress attire. As you will be walking throughout the two floors of the Country Club we suggest you wear comfortable footwear. Please refrain from using scented perfume, cologne, creams or aftershave as it interferes with the experience of wine tasting.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer discounted Designated Driver tickets as our event doesn’t operate on a token system. There will be non-alcoholic beverages available, and food samples from all of the participating restaurants, caterers and food companies for you to enjoy.

The event welcomes guests over the Age of 19. No minors are permitted at the event (please note this includes babies and infants).  Two (2) pieces of government issued ID will be requested of guests who appear to be under the Age of 30.

Please taste responsibly and plan ahead! Consider the following:

Greater Vancouver Designated Drivers (GVDD) can get you and your car home safely.  Visit their website at www.gvdd.ca or call 604-917-0177. Arrangements may also be made on-site to use this service, however it is recommended to book ahead to avoid disappointment.

Complimentary shuttle service will be available to take guests to the Lafarge Lake-Douglas Station located on the new Evergreen Skytrain line.  The shuttle will be making loops between the venue and the Evergreen Line on Saturday from 9pm to 11pm and Sunday from 5pm to 7pm. No other stops are permitted.

BCLDB’s “Get Home Safe” Program offers Complimentary Compass transit tickets available on a first-come basis.  Visit the on-site Concierge Desk for further details.

Taxis are not readily available at this venue and have proven to be a challenge to arrange at past events.  It is highly recommended to plan for an alternate way home to avoid any last minute complications in leaving the venue.

Parking at the Westwood Plateau is free, however for security reasons the gates and entrances will be locked after the event and will not open again until the next day.
